I'm behind in my picture taking and posting. I shot some pictures at a my niece's wedding reception and decided that I would shoot them with no flash using a lens with a very large apeture. The pictures during the speeches were shot at 1250 ISO and then the dancing started. As soon as the new couple began to dance, someone turned off all the lights and I had to crank my ISO up to 6400. Things are a little grainy, I cleaned up what I could in lightroom with noise reduction. I have noticed that getting the histogram as far right as possible makes a huge difference with the noise. I was not totally happy with the results and should have maybe used my flash.

Good work Wade; Ithink the versions with no flash are just fine. What lens were you using?
